Before engaging in any work, we ensure there is a clear agreement on the scope of services, timelines, and deliverables. However, we understand that situations may arise where clients seek refunds. Please review our refund policy carefully.

No Refunds for Work Completed or Services Provided

Due to the nature of custom software development, business process automation, and other technical services, we do not offer refunds for any work that has already been carried out or services that have been provided.

Once services are rendered, including but not limited to consulting, development, integrations, and deployment, these services are considered final, and refunds will not be issued. Clients are responsible for payment of all services performed up to the date of cancellation, if applicable.

No Guarantees or Warranties

K12 Unite does not provide any guarantees or warranties on the performance or results of the services provided unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. While we strive for excellence and aim to meet or exceed client expectations, the success and performance of our solutions depend on various factors outside of our control, such as third-party systems, technologies, or changes in business needs.

Any additional guarantees, warranties, or service-level agreements (SLAs) must be explicitly agreed upon in the contractual agreement between K12 Unite and the client before services commence.
